Friends, the time is meow. Today my debut memoir, Year of the Tiger: An Activist's Life, is available in paperback, audiobook, and e-book. It’s been a hell of a summer and I am grateful to be alive to tell my story.

My two upcoming book events on 9/7 and 10/12 with the Longmore Institute on Disability will give away 20 copies at each event!
This labor of love has been a collective effort and I hope you love it as much as I do!
I've started reading, and so far, I am loving it! I really appreciate Alice Wong's straightforward and pragmatic style. And she's funny as f*ck when it's called for. And she's got tons of stuff to say that the world needs to pay attention to. I read a LOT of books about social justice, ableism, disability, etc. I'm only a few chapters in to "Year of the Tiger," and it's already obvious to me that it will be on my short list of all-time favorites. I'm going to tell everyone I know to read it.
